Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Timax International LLC, doing business as WorkplaceTechHub, maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery and corruption in all forms. This applies to our dealings with customers, distributors, manufacturers, government entities, and any other party we do business with, regardless of local custom or practice.
Scope
This policy applies to Timax International LLC's owner/operator and to any contractor, agent, or representative acting on the company's behalf in connection with WorkplaceTechHub's business.
Prohibited Conduct
We do not offer, promise, give, request, or accept:
- Bribes, kickbacks, or improper payments of any kind, to or from any individual or organization, in order to obtain or retain business or secure an improper advantage
- Facilitating payments made to expedite routine government action (e.g., securing a permit or customs clearance), except where there is an imminent threat to personal health or safety
- Improper gifts, entertainment, or hospitality intended to influence a business decision
Government and Public Officials
We apply extra caution in any interaction involving government or public sector customers, given our participation in education and government (SLED) procurement. No payment, gift, or benefit of any kind is offered to a government official or employee in connection with securing or retaining business.
Legal Compliance
We comply with applicable U.S. anti-corruption law, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), to the extent it applies to our operations, and with all relevant state and federal anti-kickback and procurement integrity laws.
Third Parties
Where Timax International LLC engages distributors, agents, or other third parties on its behalf, we expect those parties to uphold standards consistent with this policy in their dealings connected to our business.
Recordkeeping
We maintain accurate books and records reflecting all transactions. We do not create false or misleading records to conceal any prohibited payment or benefit.
Reporting
Anyone with a good-faith concern about a potential violation of this policy — including customers, suppliers, or partners — may raise it directly with us via our Contact page. Concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly.
Consequences
Any violation of this policy by the company or anyone acting on its behalf will result in corrective action, which may include termination of the business relationship and reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law.
