Code of Business Conduct & Ethics
Last updated: July 2026
Timax International LLC, doing business as WorkplaceTechHub, is committed to conducting business honestly, fairly, and in full compliance with applicable laws. This Code of Business Conduct & Ethics applies to our company, our owner/operator, and anyone acting on our behalf — including contractors, agents, and any future employees.
Honest and Fair Dealing
We deal honestly and fairly with our customers, suppliers, distributors, and manufacturing partners. We do not engage in deceptive, misleading, or unfair business practices. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability information we provide are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication.
Compliance with Laws
We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing our business, including those related to consumer protection, advertising, sales tax, data privacy, and import/export regulations relevant to the technology products we distribute.
Conflicts of Interest
We avoid situations where personal interests could conflict, or appear to conflict, with our obligations to customers, suppliers, or partners. Any potential conflict of interest is disclosed and addressed before it affects a business decision.
Fair Competition
We compete fairly in the marketplace. We do not engage in price-fixing, bid-rigging, or other anti-competitive practices with competitors. Pricing decisions are made independently.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of information shared with us by manufacturers, distributors, and customers, including pricing agreements, unpublished product information, and customer data. We do not disclose confidential information without proper authorization.
Anti-Corruption
Our approach to bribery and corruption is addressed in detail in our separate Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy, which forms part of this Code.
Data Protection and Information Security
We take reasonable steps to protect customer and partner information, consistent with our Privacy Policy and Information Security Policy. We do not sell customer data to third parties.
Reporting Concerns
Anyone with a good-faith concern about a potential violation of this Code — whether a customer, supplier, partner, or member of the public — may raise it directly with us. Contact information is available on our Contact page or via business inquiries.
Accountability
This Code is reviewed periodically and updated as our business grows. Timax International LLC's leadership is personally responsible for upholding these standards in every aspect of how we operate.
