Acceptance of Terms

By accessing workplacetechhub.com, submitting a quote request, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site or submit orders.

Business-to-Business Sales Only

WorkplaceTechHub sells exclusively to businesses and organizations. By submitting a quote request or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are acting on behalf of a legally registered business entity. We reserve the right to request business documentation to verify eligibility.

Quote Process

All prices provided in quotes are estimates and are not binding until confirmed in a formal order confirmation. Pricing is subject to distributor inventory availability and Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) requirements imposed by our brand partners. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any quote prior to formal acceptance.

We also reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion, including orders that cannot be fulfilled due to inventory constraints, pricing discrepancies, or compliance concerns.

Payment

Currently accepted payment methods are ACH transfer and wire transfer. Payment is due before shipment for all orders unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchase orders are accepted only for approved business accounts; account approval requires a separate application and credit review process.

We do not currently accept credit card payments. Net 30 and Net 60 payment terms are available only to pre-approved accounts. All prices are in US dollars.

MAP Pricing Compliance

WorkplaceTechHub complies with Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies established by all brand partners, including HP, Dell, Lenovo, Canon, Samsung, Brother, LG, ViewSonic, Acer, and Asus. All prices displayed or quoted are at or above applicable MAP thresholds. We cannot and will not sell products below MAP under any circumstances. Violations of MAP policies can result in suspension of our distributor access and affect our ability to serve all customers.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled through authorized distributor warehouses in the United States. Estimated delivery times provided in quotes are based on distributor lead times and carrier estimates; they are not guaranteed. Delivery dates are approximate and subject to change.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon carrier pickup from the distributor warehouse. All shipments are insured for their declared value. WorkplaceTechHub is not liable for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns & Warranty

All products sold by WorkplaceTechHub carry the full manufacturer warranty applicable to that product. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product category; consult the manufacturer's warranty documentation for specific coverage.

Returns are subject to the manufacturer's return merchandise authorization (RMA) process. We facilitate RMA requests and warranty claims on behalf of our customers at no additional cost, but we do not independently process returns or warranty claims. No returns are accepted without prior written authorization from WorkplaceTechHub.

Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. Returns may be subject to restocking fees imposed by the distributor or manufacturer.

Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site — including but not limited to HP, Dell, Lenovo, Canon, Samsung, Brother, LG, ViewSonic, Acer, Asus, Intel, AMD, Microsoft, and Zoom — are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names on workplacetechhub.com is for identification and descriptive purposes only and does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with the trademark holder.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkplaceTechHub's liability for any claim arising from a product purchase or use of this website is limited to the purchase price of the specific order giving rise to the claim. WorkplaceTechHub shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of workplacetechhub.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
