Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Tags, accessories, and manuals must be included

  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is up to 10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
