Returns & Warranty Policy

This Returns & Warranty Policy applies to products sold by Timax International LLC through www.workplacetechhub.com and, where applicable, through authorized third‑party marketplaces. This policy is written to meet marketplace (Amazon, eBay), payment processor, and B2B procurement compliance requirements.
Returns Policy
Standard Returns (New & Refurbished Products)
· Returns must be requested within 15 calendar days of delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.
· Products must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding reasonable handling for inspection.
· Returned items must include all original or replacement accessories, components, and packaging.
For all returns, Timax International LLC may charge a restocking fee ranging from 50% to 100% of the purchase price, depending on the condition of the returned item, missing components, damage, or signs of use.
To process and approve any return, verifiable evidence of the returned item is required, including: - A clear photo of the returned item - A clear photo of the serial number on the item (if applicable) - A photo of the item inside the open box - A photo of the packaging - A photo of the return shipping label
Failure to provide the required evidence may result in denial of the return, rejection of the claim, or a reduced refund.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival: - Opened or used printer cartridges, ink, toner, or consumables - Software licenses or digital products - Clearance, liquidation, or final‑sale items - Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Timax International LLC prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.
Unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping error by Timax International LLC, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refurbished Product Returns
· Refurbished products are eligible for return within the same 15‑day window unless otherwise specified.
· Cosmetic condition does not constitute a defect unless materially inconsistent with the product listing or published grading scale.
· Products returned with additional damage, missing components, altered serial numbers, or incomplete packaging may be subject to a reduced refund or denial.
Warranty Policy
New Products
New products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Timax International LLC does not control manufacturer warranty terms and makes no independent warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
Refurbished Products – Limited Functional Warranty
Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale, refurbished products include a limited 90‑day functional warranty beginning on the date of delivery.
This limited warranty covers failure of the product to perform its intended core functions under normal use.
This warranty does not cover: - Cosmetic wear or appearance - Battery degradation due to normal use - Consumables - Damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid exposure, power surges, or unauthorized repair
Warranty Remedies
At the sole discretion of Timax International LLC, approved warranty claims may be resolved by: - Repair - Replacement with the same or equivalent product - Refund of the purchase price
Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and is non‑transferable.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
Products that arrive non‑functional must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery. Timax International LLC may require diagnostic verification, photographs, or serial number confirmation before approving replacement or refund.
B2B, Institutional & Wholesale Transactions
Business‑to‑business, institutional, government, and wholesale purchases may be subject to modified or restricted return and warranty terms, including shortened return windows, restocking fees, or no‑return agreements. Any such terms will be disclosed in writing via quotes, invoices, or contracts and shall supersede this policy where stated.
Marketplace Purchases
Purchases made through third‑party marketplaces (including Amazon or eBay) are subject to the applicable marketplace’s return, refund, and warranty policies. Where conflicts exist, mandatory marketplace policies shall apply to transactions conducted on those platforms.
Limitation of Liability
Timax International LLC’s liability under this policy is limited to the original purchase price of the product. In no event shall Timax International LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
